For our client, a leading telecommunications company, we are looking for a communication employee (f/m) (60-80%). Starting immediately, the position is limited until March 2019

Aufgaben

  • Review Onboarding customer communication (especially Emails and communication on customer portal)
  • Identify gaps and opportunities to improve communication
  • Draft proposal how to improve the communication
  • Come up with overarching concept
  • Draft new content
  • Optimize onboarding process & sequence of communication send out

Anforderungen

  • University degree in Marketing, ideally focus on customer communication & experience
  • Strong in written, concise communication
  • First experience in digital customer communication
  • Can do spirit and business sense
  • Fluent in German and English, French and Italian would be nice to have
  • Available on Wednesdays and Thursdays
