Project Management Officer temporary (50%)

For a financial institution in Zurich, we are looking for a PMO for a transformation project, starting immediately. The duration is 7 months, with a 50% workload.

Transformation project for the implementation of Microsoft 365 services and the redesign of the Digital Workplace. The implementation involves providing laptops instead of virtual desktops.

• Support for Change Stream: Assisting with tasks related to the ongoing cultural transformation within the organization, ensuring effective communication and participation.
• Support for Roll-Out Initiatives: Providing logistical and administrative support for roll-out activities, ensuring that all materials, processes, and communications are ready and aligned.
• Project Office Assistance: Helping with project management tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring proper documentation.
• Event Coordination for Projects and Initiatives: Supporting the planning and execution of internal events, meetings, and workshops.
• Review and Feedback on Communications: Proofreading and providing feedback on various communications.
• Review and Feedback on End-User Documentation: Reviewing user manuals and providing feedback to ensure clarity and accuracy.

• Experience in similar tasks
• The ability to manage multiple tasks like scheduling events, organizing logistics, and keeping track of project details
• Clear Communication: Being able to write and review emails, documents, and messages, and also communicate effectively with different teams
• Support and Problem Solving: Helping out with pilots, supporting trainings, and providing quick solutions when things need to be organized or fixed
