Student job in Zurich or Lausanne (40-60%)

We are looking for student support for an IT service provider starting immediately. The workload is flexible between 40% and 60%, and the workplace can be chosen freely between Zurich and Lausanne (with 1–2 days of onboarding in Lausanne if based in Zurich). The position is for a minimum of six months, ideally up to one year, with the option to extend. Strong English or French skills at a professional level are required.

Tasks

• Organizing travel and accommodations
• Issuing confirmations that accommodations are ready
• Internal communication to ensure that travel is booked and paid for
• Keeping track of all open tasks and following up with the relevant departments

Requirements

• Strong English or French skills at a professional level are required
• First experience in administrative tasks
